Jin, the kamikaze leader of the motorcycle gang "Maboroshi," attempts to rebel against his peers who aim for a "motorcycle gang loved by citizens" and the political organization that tries to incorporate them, and eventually has his right hand amputated. However, he does not stop resisting even after falling to the bottom, and he puts on a battle suit and challenges the final battle in the phantom town of Thunder Road!
