- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Please note that customized or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. The handmade nature of our scarves means slight variations or imperfections are part of their charm and not considered defects.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:

- Our team will provide you with instructions and the return address.
- Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
All returns must be authorized by our team; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using trackable shipping methods to ensure your return reaches us safely. ED & VINI is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds do not include shipping charges.
- For partial refunds (if applicable), the value will be calculated based on the condition of the returned item.
- Custom or personalized items that are returned without a defect will not be eligible for a refund.
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another scarf of equal value:
